Why should I refrigerate my skin care and cosmetic products?
Refrigerating your skin and cosmetic products helps extend their shelf life and reduce the risk of developing harmful bacteria (EW!). A refrigerated product helps calm and de-puff your skin while giving a more soothing effect than a room-temperature product.
In 2019, we have shifted towards using products with less preservatives and more natural ingredients. Just like food, products with fewer preservatives begin to oxidize quicker and become less effective.

Why can't I store my products in my kitchen fridge?
Most kitchen fridges run at 1°C which is not an ideal temperate for skincare products as active ingredients can freeze or break down. Skin Freeze's temperature is cool enough for your skincare items, but not cool enough to damage your products like your kitchen fridge.
Convenience, convenience, convenience. Who has time to run downstairs and grab their skin care products after snoozing their alarm 4 times? Not me!
What is the temperature of the fridge?
Skin Freeze beauty fridge can cool down to 4ºC (40ºF) or heat up 40ºC (104ºF) with the ease of a switch.
Can the fridge be left on 24/7?
Unlike your straightening iron, the Skin Freeze beauty fridge can be left plugged in 24/7 without any concerns!

Do I pay customs/duties fees?
There will be no customs/duties incurred on orders delivered to Canadian addresses (Hallelujah!).

HOW ARE PAYMENTS MADE?
Repayments are automated from your payment method. If your payments are paid successfully by the due date, no fees will be incurred.
If your scheduled payment fails to process, you will be charged a $7 failed payment fee.
If you would like to reschedule your payment, the first reschedule is always free, but subsequent rescheduling will cost $8.
