Returns

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns. If there is something wrong with your SKINFREEZE beauty fridge, please contact us at info@skinfreeze.co.

In the case where an item arrives to you in a damaged condition, send us an e-mail at info@skinfreeze.co within 5 days of the delivery date. Photos and details of the damaged goods must be included in the e-mail. If we do not receive an email within 5 days of the delivery date notifying us that an item arrived to you in a damaged condition, we will not be able to assist you with any recourse, nor provide you with a refund. No exceptions will be made.

If your item arrives damaged, you may be asked to ship your item back to us. All items must be shipped back in their original packaging. 

Exchanges:

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. 

Warranty

Each product purchased from www.skinfreeze.co comes with a 12 month Manufacturer warranty, commencing on the date that the product is shipped to the Customer by Skin Freeze (the “Warranty Period”).

Physical Damage

Skin Freeze assumes no responsibility or liability for any physical damage attributed to its Manufacturer. The Manufacturer takes full responsibility for any physical damages that are present on the products ordered, within the Warranty Period. Physical damage includes but is not limited to dents, gouging, or corrosion. In the event where any of the products have incurred physical damage which can be attributed to the Manufacturer, and not physical damage incurred due to the Customer’s own negligence or mishandling, or damage caused by the shipping company, the Customer may either receive a full refund or a free exchange, depending on the final determination made by the Manufacturer. Skin Freeze does not make any final determinations as to whether a product contains physical damage. In the event where a Customer believes that physical damage has occurred to the product, excluding due to the Customer’s own negligence or mishandling of the product, and excluding physical damage which can be attributed to the shipping company, a description of the damage, along with photographs showcasing the damage, including photographs of the shipping package, must be sent to info@skinfreeze.co.

Electrical Damage

Skin Freeze assumes no responsibility or liability for any electrical damage attributed to its Manufacturer. The Manufacturer takes full responsibility for any electrical damage that occurs within the Warranty Period.  Electrical damage includes but is not limited to sags and dips in power, circuit breaker issues, electrical shocks, loss of electricity, frequent electrical surges or burnouts.  In the event where any of the products have incurred electrical damage which can be attributed to the Manufacturer, and not electrical damage due to the Customer’s own negligence or mishandling, the Customer may either receive a full refund or a free exchange, depending on the final determination made by the Manufacturer. Skin Freeze does not make any final determinations as to whether a product contains electrical damage. In the event where a Customer believes that electrical damage has occurred to the product, excluding due to the Customer’s own negligence or mishandling of the product, a description of the damage, along with photographs showcasing the damage must be sent to info@skinfreeze.ca.

Missing Parts

Skin Freeze assumes no responsibility or liability for any missing parts attributed to its Manufacturer. The Manufacturer take full responsibility for any packages that are shipped with missing parts from a product, including but not limited to horizontal shelves or door shelves. In the event where a Customer discovers any missing parts which may be attributed to the Manufacturer, and not due to the Customer’s own negligence or mishandling, the Customer shall notify Skin Freeze by sending an e-mail to info@skinfreeze.co within 7 days of the product being shipped. Any notifications related to missing parts sent by the Customer to Skin Freeze exceeding 7 days after the product is shipped, will not be reviewed by Skin Freeze.

Damage Caused by the Shipping Company

Skin Freeze assumes no responsibility or liability for any damage caused by the shipping company during the transport of any items purchased from Skin Freeze. Further, damage caused by the shipping company is not covered under any warranty. Please contact the shipping company directly in the event where your package is damaged.

Sale Items

If the item is marked “sale”, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded. No exceptions will be made.

Tracking and Insurance

If you are returning an item that costs over $75, consider purchasing shipping insurance and tracking to ensure the item arrives to the Lumina Pro Inc. facility. We are not responsible, nor do we accept any liability in the event where we receive your return in a condition different from the condition in which your item arrived to you. Please contact your local shipping carrier in the event of any damages incurred by the return shipping process.

Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
